Satori Alliance is a personal finance, real estate, and investment training enterprise. Through the use of an interactive learning environment and 1 on 1 coaching programs, clients learn basic financial literacy practices through advanced investment strategies. Satori - Where did that word come from and why have we used it?
A Zen term loosely translated meaning a flash of inspiration or moment of enlightenment. It is sometimes called an “Ah Ha moment” - You’ve had them, we all have. For many they have preceded awe inspiring breakthroughs in their life.
“Inspiration is not accidental, it is a gift.” IF you take direct and specific actions resulting from that gift, then organize around it, your life, our world, and even the universe will have evolved. This is a process that is necessary for survival.
Conversely, if little or no action is taken, inspiration diminishes to a lifelong series of good ideas replaced by too much to do.
BACKGROUND
Completing his degree in Psychology at San Jose State University, Dan began his career selling real estate embracing the synergy of the people and property that helped to create Silicon Valley. As a top performer, Dan bought and sold several investment properties personally and as part of a variety of investment groups. Early experience building businesses came in the form of a real estate company and a network marketing business, all while him and Eileen raised their 3 children. In 1982, Dan’s focus turned to financing, then in 2003 working exclusively with real estate investors he developed a training and education program to increase their income and return on investment.
After their marriage in 1975 Dan & Eileen built a partnership and personal bond for themselves and their children that would survive the frustrations of owning problematic rental property, failed real estate partnerships, and six distinct businesses. And through it all their commitment to education and making a positive difference remains strong.
Today, Dan and Eileen own directly, or in partnership, several investment properties, live in San Jose, California and still have weekly family dinners keeping their family bond close and powerful.
